We run along the new cycling and walking route called Baana to the seaside in Ruoholahti. There we go on to go around the cape of Helsinki along the walking routes by the seaside. Finally, we go back to where we began the tour by going through the city center, in part by walking. The running part of the tour covers approximately 7 km (c. 4.3 miles), and there are a few traffic lights along the route, especially near the end.

Juoksemme keskustan tuntumassa tunnettujen ja vähän tuntemattomampien, mutta hyvin mielenkiintoisten nähtävyyksien reittiä. Näihin voi myöhemmin tulla tutustumaan myös tarkemmin, kun alueet ovat tulleet tutuksi. Reitin varrella muun muassa nykytaiteen museo, musiikkitalo, Finlandia-talo, kirjailijaresidenssi, kasvitieteellinen puutarha, keskustan yliopistoalue, empire-keskusta taidemuseo lopuksi vilkas ydinkeskusta. Liikenne haittaa juoksua jonkin verran, joten kyse on enemmän juoksulenkin ja nähtävyyksiin tutustumisen yhdistelmästä.
